  • How do I change my mailing address?
    • The easiest way to change your mailing address is online. Go to the Full Website and log in to your PNM.com account. Click "View/Edit Profile", then on the Manage Mailing Preferences tab. Click the "update" link to the right of Mailing Address.
  • I'm moving. How do I get service turned on at my new address?
    • You can now schedule your move online quickly and easily. Go to the Full Website and click the "New! Schedule Your Move Online" link in the Quick Links box on the PNM.com home page to get started.
  • Can I view and pay my bill online?
    • Yes you can! All you need do is sign up for a PNM.com online account. You will be able to view and pay your bill, sign up for programs, update your contact information and more.
