Pat Vincent-Collawn
Chairman
Pat Vincent-Collawn is the Chairman of PNM. She joined PNM in 2007 as Utilities President, later becoming President and COO in 2008, and CEO in 2010. Before joining PNM, she was President and CEO of Public Service Company of Colorado at Xcel Energy. Vincent-Collawn has held leadership roles at Arizona Public Service, Price Waterhouse, and Quaker Oats. She has chaired the Electric Power Research Institute and the Edison Electric Institute and serves on several boards. She holds a journalism degree from Drake University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Don Tarry
President and Chief Executive Officer, PNM
Don Tarry is the President and Chief Executive Officer of PNM. With more than 25 years in the utility industry, Don oversees Utility Operations, Environmental Services, Human Resources, and CIO functions. He joined PNM in 1996 and has held various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and CFO, Vice President, Controller and Treasurer, and Vice President of Customer Service and CIO. Don is actively involved in the community, serving as Chair of the Albuquerque Regional Economic Alliance and on the Board of Directors for the New Mexico Chamber of Commerce and Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce. Don holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from New Mexico State University, graduating with honors.
Brian Iverson
General Counsel, Senior Vice President Regulatory and Public Policy, and Corporate Secretary
Brian Iverson is General Counsel, Senior Vice President Regulatory and Public Policy, and Corporate Secretary for TXNM Energy, the parent company of PNM and TNMP. Prior to joining TXNM Energy in September 2024, Mr. Iverson held a variety of roles at Black Hills Corporation, a publicly traded utility company, for 20 years. Brian oversees the legal team as well as the Regulatory, Public Policy and Supply Chain teams for TXNM Energy.
Lisa Eden
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Lisa Eden is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PNM. With more than 20 years of experience in the utility industry, Lisa oversees Treasury, Investor Relations, Corporate Financial Planning, Controller, Budgeting, Tax, Enterprise Risk Management, and Corporate Auditing functions. She joined PNM in 2001 and has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Treasury, and Chief Information Officer. She holds a BBA and an MBA from the University of New Mexico.

Senior Vice President, PNM Operations
Mike Mertz is Senior Vice President, PNM Operations. He joined PNM in 2010 and has previously served as the Vice President and Treasurer for TXNM Energy and Vice President and Chief Information Officer.
Sabrina Greinel
Vice President, Treasurer
Sabrina Greinel is Vice President and Treasurer for TXNM Energy, the parent company of PNM and TNMP. She joined the company in 2007. Sabrina oversees the company¿s financing activities, including interactions with credit rating agencies and the management of financial institution relationships for TXNM Energy. She also oversees multiple risk management functions, including enterprise risk management and insurance, and the management of the company¿s corporate trusts.

Sheila Mendez
Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Sheila Mendez is the Vice President and Chief Information Officer for PNM. With more than 33 years in technology and 25 years in the utility industry, Sheila ensures compliance with federal reliability standards and manages crisis situations. She joined PNM in 1999 and has held various leadership roles. Sheila is a Certified Project Management Professional and a Change Management Registered Practitioner. She holds an MBA and a BBA from the University of New Mexico and a Professional Certificate from the University of Idaho. Sheila is active in several community and professional organizations.

Laurie Williams
Vice President, Integrated Planning
Laurie Williams is the Vice President of PNM Integrated Planning. Laurie has been with PNM since 1992. She has held various roles, including Director of Transmission and Substation Engineering and Director of NERC Reliability Governance. Laurie has extensive experience in generation and transmission planning, root cause analysis, and compliance program management. She is also actively involved in professional organizations such as the Western Interconnection Compliance Forum and the North American Transmission Forum. She has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University and an MBA from the University of New Mexico.
Robert Bischoff
Vice President, Corporate Controller
Robert Bischoff is Vice President and Corporate Controller for PNM. Joining the company in 2005, Robert brings more than 19 years of experience in the utility industry. His roles at PNM have included Director of SEC Reporting and GAAP Analysis and Assistant Controller of Utility Accounting. Prior to PNM, he worked at KPMG, LLP as a Senior Auditor. Robert is a Certified Public Accountant and actively participates in the community as a Junior Achievement board member. He holds both a Bachelor and Master of Accountancy from New Mexico State University.
Maureen Gannon
Chief Environmental Officer
Maureen has been with PNM for more than 25 years. She is responsible for development and implementation of the company's sustainable business strategy and the overall management of PNM¿s environmental commitments. She oversees the continuation and implementation of programs that promote sustainability and the integration of sustainability into core business practices. She manages corporate environmental policy and strategy and ensures alignment with PNM¿s aggressive environmental objectives. Maureen serves on the Edison Electric Institute Environmental Excellence Advisory Committee and Electric Power Research Institute¿s Energy and Environment Executive Committee and Advisory Council. She is also a board member of the ARCA Foundation. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from New Mexico State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Henry E. Monroy
Vice President, Regulatory
Henry Monroy is the Vice President of Regulatory at PNM. Henry has been with PNM since 2003, holding various key positions, including Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Director of Cost of Service and Audit Services. His extensive experience in utility operations and regulatory functions has been instrumental in driving the company's customer-first approach. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from New Mexico State University and became a Certified Public Accountant in 2012.
Julie Rowey
Vice President and Chief Customer Officer
Julie is responsible for the PNM customer experience, which includes community outreach, corporate communications, customer programs, marketing, and research. Julie drives the company's continuous focus on the customer by enhancing customers' experience at every touchpoint in person or digitally through technology.
Becky Teague
Vice President, Human Resources
Becky Teague is the Vice President of Human Resources for PNM. With more than 35 years of experience in the utility industry, Becky oversees human resource strategy, focusing on employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits, workforce development, and safety. She joined PNM in 1988 after earning her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico. Becky has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Customer Service Operations and Vice President of External Affairs. She is actively involved in the community, serving on the boards of the Albuquerque Community Foundation.
