    Transfer Service

    Moving from one address to another and they are both served by PNM? This is the option to get your service transferred from one location to another.

    Move Out / Stop Service

    Do you need to cancel your PNM service and are not moving to another location served by PNM? Choose this option. If you need to stop service at one address and start service at another address within the PNM service area, choose Transfer Service, instead.

    Move In / Start Service 

    Are you new to PNM? Or do you need to turn on service at a new address, such as a rental property or a vacation home, for the first time? Choose this option. If you need to stop service at one address and start service at another location also served by PNM, choose the Transfer Service option instead.

    Letter of Credit

    If you are moving to an area served by another utility, a letter of credit showing your good credit standing with PNM may reduce or eliminate the need for a deposit with the new utility.
