The customer notice at the link below is required by the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission ("NMPRC").

The purpose of this document is to provide you with notice of PNM's Application requesting PRC approval of the Company's 2024 Electric Energy Efficiency and Load Management Program Plan and associated relief.

The notice describes the Public Regulation Commission process to consider this request, and how you can participate if you choose to do so.

If you do not wish to participate in the regulatory process, you are not required to do anything, and you should consider this notice as information only.
